María Cristina’s healing journey began at 15. She survived a near-fatal accident, which fractured most of her body. The long recovery inspired her lifelong commitment towards healing.

She’s a Certified Advanced Rolfer® who trained at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute.

She holds two Master’s: An MA in Occupational Therapy from USC, and an MFA from the New School for Social Research.

She is also a long-time experienced yoga instructor and meditator (since 2001).

Her hope is to inspire her clients to embody easeful movement through her skillful touch and observational skills.

Originally from Puerto Rico, María Cristina lives in Los Angeles. She works with her clients both at her home office in Lake Hollywood and online.
