Hello. I’m a holistic manual therapist dedicated to helping people living with body pain.

As a skilled bodyworker, I combine my expertise as a registered and licensed occupational therapist specializing in hand therapy, an Advanced Rolfer®, and a yoga teacher to provide comprehensive care.

My journey into healing began after surviving a near-fatal car accident at age 15, inspiring a lifelong commitment to healing myself and others.

I hold a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from USC and graduated from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute. My diverse educational background includes a BA in Theatre with a minor in Women’s Studies from Holy Cross and an MFA from The New School. As a Fulbright Scholar, I conducted research on gender-based violence in Costa Rica.

Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, I reside in Los Angeles, California, where I offer holistic manual therapy services from my home office in Lake Hollywood.
